1About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Trynx Group Private Limited, a company registered in India ("Trynx", "we", "us"). They apply to the Trynx app and the website trynx.in.

By creating an account or using Trynx, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Trynx.

2Who can use Trynx

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must give true and correct information when you sign up.
• One account per person. Your account is only for you.
• You cannot use Trynx if we have banned your account before.

3Your account

• You sign up and log in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep your email account safe, and never share your login code with anyone.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away at hello@trynx.in.
• Your username must not copy another person or brand, and must not be rude or offensive.

4Your health and safety

Trynx is not a medical service. Nothing in Trynx is medical advice. Exercises, intensity tags, calories, steps, pace and other numbers are for general fitness only.

• Talk to a doctor before you start a new exercise plan, especially if you have a heart or breathing problem, an injury, high blood pressure, diabetes, are pregnant, or take regular medicines.
• Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath, and get medical help.
• Learn the correct form for each exercise and start with weights you can control.
• Intensity tags are a general guide. What is easy or hard depends on your own body.
• Calories, steps, distance and pace are estimates. They can be different from the real values.
• You choose your workouts and activities, and you do them at your own risk.

5Outdoor activities, maps and routes

• GPS is not always exact. Tall buildings, trees, tunnels and weather can affect it.
• Maps, roads and places come from other providers and may be wrong or out of date.
• Routes made by other users, and the loops Trynx suggests near you, are not checked by us. They may cross busy roads, private land, closed areas or unsafe ground. Check every route yourself before you go.
• Follow traffic rules and local laws. Do not enter private or restricted places.
• Never look at your phone while running on a road or riding a bike. Keep voice update volume at a level where you can still hear traffic.
• Winter maps, slope and avalanche layers are for information only. They are not safety tools.

6Your content

"Your content" means the photos, videos, notes, comments, activities and routes you add to Trynx.

• You own your content.
• You give Trynx permission to store it, make backup copies, and show it to the people you choose in your privacy settings. This permission is free, and we use it only to run Trynx. It ends when you delete the content or your account (backup copies are removed within 90 days).
• Only post content you have the right to share. If other people appear in your photos or videos, make sure they are okay with it.
• You are responsible for what you post.

7Community rules

Trynx is a place for fitness. To keep it safe and friendly, you must not post or share anything that:

• belongs to someone else and you do not have the right to share;
• shows nudity or sexual content, or harms or exploits children in any way;
• abuses, bullies, harasses, threatens or insults anyone, including because of their religion, caste, gender, race, region or body;
• promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, gambling or dangerous challenges;
• is false or misleading, or pretends to be another person;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its friendly relations with other countries, or public order;
• contains viruses or harmful code;
• is spam, advertising or selling without our permission;
• is a fake activity, for example a ride in a car saved as a run;
• breaks any Indian law.

You also must not:

• try to hack, break or overload Trynx, or get into other people's accounts;
• use bots or tools to copy data from Trynx;
• copy, change, sell or reverse engineer the app;
• sell, rent or give away your account.

8Reporting and removal

• If you see a post that breaks these rules, tap the three dots on the post and choose Report, or email our Grievance Officer at grievance@trynx.in.
• We will confirm your complaint within 24 hours and act on it within 15 days. Content showing nudity or sexual acts, or content shared to impersonate someone, will be removed within 24 hours of a complaint, as required by law.
• If something breaks these rules or the law, we may remove it, warn you, or suspend or delete your account. When the law requires, we will share information with the authorities.
• If you think we made a mistake, email grievance@trynx.in and we will review it again.

9Plans and payments

Trynx has a Free plan and two paid plans, Standard and Premium. The app shows exactly what each plan includes and its price, before you pay.

• Payment: all payments are made through Google Play. Google Play's own terms also apply. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the Google Play Store: Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Trynx, Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for.
• Yearly plans are a one-time payment for 12 months. They do not renew on their own.
• Offers: any introductory price is clearly shown on the payment screen, along with the price you pay after it ends.
• Price changes: if we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to you. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel.
• Refunds: refunds follow Google Play's refund rules. We do not give refunds for unused days, except where the law requires. If you were charged by mistake, write to hello@trynx.in and we will help.
• If we remove a major paid feature during your paid period, we will give you a fair solution, such as a refund for the remaining time.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your plan. Please cancel in Google Play first.

10What belongs to Trynx

The Trynx name, logo, app design and our exercise library (text, pictures and videos) belong to Trynx or the people who license them to us. You may use them only inside Trynx, for your own personal use. Please do not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and other map providers, under their own licences.

11Changes to the app

We keep improving Trynx. We may add, change or remove features. Sometimes Trynx may be unavailable for a short time because of updates, repairs or problems outside our control, such as internet or phone issues.

12Ending your account

• You can stop using Trynx and delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.
• We may suspend or delete your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. Where possible, we will tell you why.

13What we cannot promise

We work hard to keep Trynx accurate and running well, but we provide it "as it is". We cannot promise that it will always work without errors or breaks, that every number will be exact, or that you will reach a certain fitness result.

14Limit of our responsibility

• As far as the law allows, Trynx is not responsible for injuries, health problems, accidents or losses that happen while you exercise or do outdoor activities you chose to do.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data, lost income or lost opportunities.
• If we are found responsible for any loss, the most we will pay is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.
• Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law that cannot be taken away.

15Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law, and someone makes a claim against Trynx because of it, you agree to cover the losses this causes us, as far as the law allows.

16Law and disputes

• These terms follow the laws of India.
• If you have a problem, please write to us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.
• If a dispute cannot be solved, the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra will handle it. This does not stop you from going to a consumer commission where Indian consumer law allows it.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Trynx or the law changes. We will show the new date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Trynx after that, it means you accept the new terms.
